  Poor customer service, manager is very rude. Made a insurance claim on an handset they sent it away as warranty and now I am without a handset for 3 weeks with no replacement handset. They do not honour there advertised prices.

  Now if a mystery shop had been performed on the store and its staff for customer service, product knowledge, presentation and cleanliness of the store, mannerisms of the staff, waiting times, pace of all the workers, whether the store is contactable via phone etc. I guarantee and would state everything I know professionally that this store would certainly fail without any doubt. Human error allows for the first mistake, then the second mistake gets frustrating. Any "mistake" after that is just pathetic especially if they don't have the professional courtesy to own up to their "mistakes" and give you bulls*** excuses. The manner that the store is run or how the staff carry themselves professionally, it is not the reputation Optus would accept. A wise man once said “Customers and their criticism are your greatest source of learning to achieve greatness” Not worth the drama, lies, excuses or mistakes that the staff make. Defs go to the store in the city.

  bring my device at the store to send for insurance claim and completed all the required details spending almost 1 hour. I was expecting someone to collect the item back after more than a week then 10 days later staff called me to ask about the pin for my device as repairs could not open device. This was already provided on the day the device was dropped in the store. Staff was never apologetic or said sorry for the inconvenience and suggesting customer do not understand situation.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Turn away and do not attempt to have your phone or products fixed at this store.
