    Worst customer service ever experienced at Gateway Shopping Centre. Refused to refund or replace 8 days after selling me a defective Apple Watch. The Manager is unprofessional and rude.

    I am 66yo and I had a minor issue with an app I had accidentally downloaded but couldn't work out how to delete it. Waited 2 mins, tech sorted the issue and was not rude or condescending to me. I left very happy. Whole visit took no more than 3 mins. 01-08-2017.

    Firstly this Telstra shop has moved its premises to a new location,at the new Gateway complex. The new store has an open plan layout which is confusing for customers. But the killer is,you cannot get mobile phone reception within the store,maybe 1/2 a bar on my Androi. Are you serious Mr Telstra?
