  It's a pretty simple menu to learn and one would think that with all the spare time she seems to have to play on her phone, learning the menu would be conducive to the overall improvement of customer service.

  Approached shop, server behind counter on a stool, chewing gum and playing on her phone. A good 3-5 seconds before she looked up at me and muttered an uninterested "Hi" before trying to take my order. Asked for a "Special Kebab with Lamb" off the menu board which includes lettuce, onion, tomato, hummus and tabouleh. Server asked me if I wanted "onion, lettuce and tomato?" to which I replied "as per the menu board please, with garlic sauce too"

  Went to get a kebab customer service is shocking. No smile or hello from service person behind the counter. I also dont have to get sauce on my kebab so dont judge your customers it is rude. And looking at me funny when I attempted to pay for eftpos. Shocking service. Just walked away and got my lunch elsewhere
