  On top of that, inside the store is disgustingly filthy, & it is no wonder so many people comment on getting sick from there. Instead of standing around trying to make your customers feel like they have done wrong by you, how about possibly being useful & cleaning the restaurant so it is actually clean & respectful. You should be ashamed of the way you treat your customers, & clearly by your other reviews, we're not the first people to think so either!

  Look its kfc . So its takeaway food. Tastes pretty good. But waiting times are rediculous. 45 mins for fast food. Average wait is 10 mins. Tuesdays expect a 45 min wait. Badly run. One person taking orders and packing them. 8 ppl on drive thru and cooking, but most doing not much. Love kfc but wait times have driven me away. Casuarina store much the same.

  Worst KFC in Australia! Not only do you have to sit in a line up 99.9% of the time that is nearly at the lights! you then have to give your order a few times until they can comprehend what you said in the speaker box. The food it's self is standard KFC. Always forgetting items. They are lucky it is the only KFC in the immediate area.

  The food and service is great.....if you should visit this location between 4:30pm and 6:30pm be prepared to wait, especially on Tuesday due to the 9 piece for $9.95.....remember you don't have time to check your order....so sometimes expect the unexpected.....less or more I've ended up with less a couple of times but it's been too busy and I've been too tired to complain.....otherwise good for the money.....see you Tuesday at KFC

  Meals were bought at this store & every single meal was missing something. When we realised, which was unfortunately once we were home, I rang them a number of times to try & speak to somebody about it before having to drive back up to the store. Once my husband arrived back at the store, & mentioned very politely what the issues were, the 'manager' had the audacity to tell my husband that she packed these meals herself & knew that they were packed correctly. If they were packed correctly, we would not have wasted our time driving back there. How dare you run a business & accuse your customers of lying, when you, yourself did not pack any of those meals that we ordered.

  Drive thru line ups are out on the road. Check your meal at the window before you drive off and don't expect any manners. Especially from older staff who should know better. Mystery Shopper Score would be a zero plus the cleanliness of the store should be shut down by the health authorities.
