    Don't no how to answer a phone have tried 10 times and still no answer very frustrating

    Very bad customer service experience first time at a government organization in Australia. They asked my wife to get an Australian approved translated marriage certificate to prove her marriage and maiden name. Once we got it we went to see MVR again, but now they are saying a different story as they need a certificate from birth, death and marriage registry. We spent nearly AUD100 for Australian translated marriage certificate and it's useless now. Birth, death and marriage registry accepted our overseas translated marriage certificate already. MVR giving misleading informations to there customers. Very disappointed.
