    I am so impressed staff's kindness. While I work, my glasses,contact lenses were broken. I had to find glasses store. Finally I found this good store.

    Not happy, staff not willing to help, a screw broke in my glasses for the second time and they won't fix it and also won't let me speak to management, just keep fobbing me off and saying that someone will be in touch. this has been going on for the last two weeks.
