  The receptionists are really good but the waiting time is too much and if you ask lots of questions to the receptionist (which I did because I don't know that is why I asked), she got a bit rude and I didn't liked it.

  I waited for more than an hour and the doctor decided to ignore symptomatic treatment of iron deficiency and chose to do other investigative tests. Wanted us to come next day since she said the appintment was made only for 10min. Didn't listen to what I had said took no blood pressure , temp or even touched me . It's just business for her. We called the reception several times to inquire about the test results she had no ans if they have come or not. Had to make an appointment to know and waste time waiting if the results have not arrived.

  Dr Harsha Gunawardhana is an exceptional GP who has proven himself repeatedly to have a high standard of knowledge and he goes out of his way to ensure patient comfort. Every Doctor that has treated my family at this clinic have been professional and provided a high standard of service. As competition has increased, the clinic would benefit from a refurb and the online booking app functionality should be improved to increase client satisfaction and to attract new clients.

  Over 1 hr wait every time we have visited here, the centre staff do not seem to know how to run a medical practice, I have had them forget to put in samples for testing and then lie about it, and then the run around trying to get flu shots for my child was ridiculous. Definately go somewhere else.

  Saw Dr Kaur, Dr didnt listen to my explanation symptoms diagnosed me with tonsillitis before looking down my throat. It was not tonsillitis so she threw out the diagnosis of laryngitis. Auscultated my chest through my clothes. Did no blood pressure, took my temp low grade but wasnt fussed. Gave me no intructions on how to manage my pain, temperature and discomfort, gave me antibiotics to start in 2 days if it doesnt get better but was reluctant to give me a medical certificate I had to push for that day and the next day and state I was a nurse and cant go to work like this.. I literally had no voice. Then she had the nerve to be rude to me as I left because I requested 2 day med cert. The consult was rushed and I felt the Dr had no concern for me, what I was going through and the time I needed off work to recover.

  I will never see that Dr again she was disgraceful. Did not deserve what Medicare pays her.
