    I booked for the last appointment of the day 4:30 pm and clearly noted to the staff that I will be late for 5 to 10 minutes. I work around Palmerston and finishes work at 4:30 pm each day. Staff said it will be okay, they can only take appointments on 30 minutes gap. I arrived at 4:35 pm and have to stand inside and wait to be served by available staff as they were all busy. Finally I was served at 4:45, however only to be told that I lost the appointment because I was late and the Optometrist needs to go to catch a lift. I left devastated and look for other eye clinic store.

    that place is useless. they don't let you pick your own glasses. they always say you can't wear because you don't have a nose bridge.
