    Doctor answered a personal call on her mobile during my consultation. Waited over half and hour past my appointment.

    Good doctors but there customer service is shocking. Make an appointment for 9.45 I then called to see if they were running on time. We're half an hour behind. Got to the clinic told we were next and two patients were seen before me. Waited over an hour and half after my original appointment.

    It was most pathetic and worst experience. Waited for arround 2 hrs with kids 4 and 1 yrs respectively n myself pregnant and still there was no hope for my turn. Receptionist being all unaware only saying u r next and dr came n took others wid her. Seriously, this is how they treat patients.
