    Lovely service, the staff have always gone out of their way to be helpful and assist with my banking requirements.

    I was rang by my partner and asked to go back to the bank as he had put incorrect date on it[I was on Virginia road ] as I was the one that had dropped it off he was told I could change date and counter sign it as I was a signatury on account on arrival I gave them my license as was going to change date .I was then told I couldn't do that and I would have to take it back to coconut grove to get him to initial it. it was about 4.30 buy then .they then wouldn't give me the cheque back so I could pay on line until the had rang my partner to see if that was ok .I did suggest they ring our branch at Winnellie and they would verify that I could sign it would do that I suggest you don't want customers going to the branch as it is the most idiot system I ever have been to suggest I will pay this online in future or see real people in Palmerston NOT HAPPY JAN OUT OF 5 STARS -10

    Over 25 people waiting in the queue, tellers are too slow. Don't bother going there unless you want to lose a hour of your life
