  Watched a girl wiping tables with dirty cloth who then took our money to buy ice cream. Without washing hands or putting on gloves she handled our cones. I threw mine in bin. I have complained before because staff taking money and handling credit cards etc also hand over straws and cones through drive through. Its so dirty and gross in there. The kids working there obvious have no food hygiene training. God only knows what's happening in kitchen. Don't eat there!!

  so I went to hungry jacks today and ordered a share box (18 chicken nuggets and 2 medium thick chips for the price of $9.95) and a Lrg Whopper meal deal (Whopper bugger with large chips at the price of $11.50) and 2 large frozen mango drinks. so after I get the meals I go home only to see that they hadn't put any of the medium thick chips in the bag. so I try t get into contact with the store and they wont pick up, I try to call the other store in Darwin and they tell me to call the same number that I called (palmo No.) so I call it and they still don't pick up. so I call back the HJ that told me to call this number and they say that it works for them and there are no problems with that number and then they something along the lines of bad luck. So through all this I realize that HJ have very poor staff that have no sympathy for us customers and rip you of for what you paid. wouldn't recommend it for anyone and would never go there again.

  When i bought a bbq cheese burger, i got a cheeseburger with pickles and mustard instead. I am really disappointed and i am not eating a bbq cheese burger ever again. Also, the shop is dirty and outdated

  Very hit and miss! Some times it is great fast food and great service! If you get them on the open shift however you may come across burnt coffee, confused half asleep cashiers and rubbish food. All in all not to bad.

  No eftpos,slow/wrong food and a broken business. No management skills within the place at all.
